PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned movant, Jane M. Doe, will move before the Honorable Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Essex County, at the courthouse located at 50 West Market Street, Newark, New Jersey, on a date to be set by the court, for an order disbursing surplus funds remaining from the sheriff's sale of the foreclosed property at 142 Maple Avenue, Newark, NJ 07102.

I. STATEMENT OF FACTS

1. On March 18, 2024, the above-captioned property was sold at sheriff's sale for $412,500.00, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by this Court.

2. The total amount owed to Plaintiff under the Final Judgment, including all accrued interest, late charges, attorney's fees, and costs, was $317,840.22.

3. After application of the sale proceeds to the Plaintiff's judgment amount and the Sheriff's statutory fees of approximately $1,250.00, surplus funds totaling approximately $93,409.78 remain on deposit with the Sheriff's office.

II. RELIEF REQUESTED
