2. How We Use Your Information

- Process document uploads and generate court forms
- Extract data from documents using AI (Claude by Anthropic)

3. AI Processing
We use Claude AI (by Anthropic) to extract information from your uploaded documents. When you upload a document:
- The document is sent to Anthropic's API for processing
- Anthropic does not store or train on your documents
- Extracted data is stored in our secure database
- Original documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage (Supabase)
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using:
- Supabase: Database and file storage with encryption at rest and in transit
- Row Level Security (RLS): Ensures you can only access your own data
- Password Hashing: Passwords are never stored in plain text
- HTTPS: All data transmission is encrypted
5. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service Providers: Anthropic (AI), Supabase (hosting), Vercel (deployment)
- Legal Requirements: If required by law or court order
- Business Transfers: If our company is acquired or merged
